Refunds
As highlighted in the Terms of Service you agree to prior to access. In section 11 there are 2 clauses:
a. There will be no refunds for any reason.
b. You are responsible for cancellations of your subscription, and you will be responsible for any charges you may inquire for incorrect cancellations.
